This paper presents the findings of an ongoing National Institute for Research and Development in Occupational Safety “Alexandru Darabont” INCDPM project developed collaborations with BAUM Engineering SRL that addresses occupational safety issues related to workers disabilities, emphasis on disability-sensitive risk assessment. In our we a method assessment is disability-sensitive, order help employer professionals. The will identify all factors system can be ultimate cause injury and/or professional illness by means predefined control lists quantifying based combination gravity probability factor manifestation. main steps applying be: establishment team; description analysed (workplace, installation); identification system; risks illness; prioritizing establishing prevention priorities; proposing measures. Every step mentioned before taking account individual workers’ differences avoiding discrimination at same time.
